I-35 Capital Area Improvement Program Corridor Implementation Plan

Originally published in August 2013 and updated in 2014, the I-35 Capital Area Improvement Program Corridor Implementation Plan (also referred to as the Mobility 35 Plan) identifies location-specific improvement concepts for Williamson, Travis and Hays Counties. The purpose of the Corridor Implementation Plan is to provide the following for each concept:

• Preliminary engineering to determine feasible solutions;
• Preliminary environmental to determine notable environmental constraints;
• Preliminary costs and timeframes; and
• Public involvement opportunities to seek input on each concept.
