I-35 Capital Area Improvement Program (Mobility35) Corridor Implementation Plan

Originally published in August 2013 and updated in December 2014, the I-35 Capital Area Improvement Program Corridor Implementation Plan (Mobility35 Plan) for Travis County identifies location-specific improvement concepts for the county. The purpose of the Mobility35 plan is to provide the following for each concept:

1. Preliminary engineering to determine feasible solutions;
2. Preliminary environmental  to determine notable environmental constraints;
3. Preliminary costs and timeframes; and
4. Conduct Public involvement to seek input on each concept.

The 2013 Mobility35 Plan and 2014 Update is available below​. Plans are currently under development for Williamson and Hays counties, with anticipated completion dates in 2015. ​
